​​ADOPTION APPLICATION
The first step toward adopting one of our kittens is to complete our mandatory Adoption Application.
Submitting an application does not guarantee adoption, but it allows us to review and approve inquiries.
Please be open and detailed in your responses the more information you provide, the smoother and quicker the process will be. You can find the application form below.
KITTEN CONTRACT AGREEMENT
When kittens reach 8 weeks of age, the kittens will be posted on our website with photos and details. Keep an eye on our social media for new litters!
Once you've selected your kitten, you'll receive a contract agreement to sign and return within 48 hours. This ensures fairness to all interested parties and keeps the process timely.
KITTEN RESERVATION​​
After your contract has been signed and returned, please send the non-refundable $1000 reservation deposit (via Zelle only) to hold your specific kitten.​
This is also the ideal time to arrange your pickup date and travel plans.
Please Note: Requests such as seeing the kitten before committing or asking for price reductions will be denied. We do not allow cattery visits prior to pick-up, and price negotiations are not permitted except in rare, approved circumstances.
FINAL PAYMENT
Your remaining balance is due 3–7 days prior to pickup day, using the same payment method
Payment must clear no later than three days before pick-up. For security reasons, our pickup address will be shared only after full payment has been received.
Please note: if the final payment is not received on time, the kitten’s reservation will be void, and the kitten will be offered to the next interested party.
PICK-UP DAY
Congratulations your special day has arrived! To ensure the safety and privacy of our home, all kitten handoffs take place at a designated public location in our local area (or at ROC airport) rather than at our private residence. This convenient meeting spot offers easy access and a comfortable environment for your pickup. Please remember to bring a secure carrier for your new kitten's journey home!
OUT-OF-STATE ADOPTERS
If you are traveling in from out of state, we can meet you at Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester Airport (ROC) or you may arrange for a flight nanny (we can provide recommendations, though the responsibility is yours).
Local and regional adopters are welcome to meet us at our designated pickup location or request a halfway meeting for a small delivery fee. A secure carrier is required to ensure your kitten's safe and comfortable trip home - if you'd like us to provide a new carrier at pickup, please inquire in advance.
